Toolunka Estate is the home of the premium olive brand, 'Toolunka Creek Olives.' The property has 200m of private water frontage away from normal hustle and bustle of busy sections of the river and is the perfect location for such activities as canoeing, fishing, birdwatching or just relaxing to enjoy the picturesque surroundings of tall rivergums, high cliffs and sheltered waterways.

The cottage itself is in a slightly elevated position to capture the views and is only 30m from the water. The entire water frontage is lawned for your recreational pleasure and consists of a nice sandy beach area for swimming or just lazing around.
Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and wiil sleep 8 if required. The modern kitchen and dining area is more than suitable for dinner parties and if alfresco dining is your choice then utilise the outdoor setting and barbecue facilities. An outdoor fridge is also included for the cool drink inclined.

Entertainment facilities include TV, DVD and CD sound system. With reverse cycle airconditioning and huge picture windows, the cottage provides for year round comfort. Winter temperatures can be in excess of 20 degrees providing for a nice winter escape.
Toolunka Estate is only 8 kms from Waikerie and is easily accessible for all of your food and beverage needs. The area has good dining facilities such as the historical Overland Corner Hotel, the Murray River Queen Paddle Boat, the unique Mount Mary Hotel and Mallions restuarant.

A two hour drive from Adelaide will land you on the door step of one of the prettiest spots along the River Murray.
